Huda Abdelhakeem Helassa is a poet and writer from Gaza whose work has appeared in Opol and PEN International’s regional network publications. Active in both literary and field initiatives with the Tamer Institute for Community Education and a member of the 19th We Are Not Numbers cohort, she blends creative storytelling with grassroots humanitarian advocacy. Her writing centers on resilience, identity, and the complexities of home, ensuring Palestinian experiences resonate globally.
